Ja’qui was born the second son of a powerfull Drow house. At the age of 20, he was sent to melee-magthere, the school for Drow warriors. After 10 years he returned to his house and was assigned to the city patrols. He spent the next 10 years working his way up the chain of comand, often times just behind is crossbow. The next 50 years were spent leading long range patrols, keeping him away from the city for months at a time. On one of these outting, his patrol of 8 turned against him. They did not stand a chance. When he returned to his house, he found it destroyed by a rival house and figured he was the only member of his family to survive. He had no reason to stay in the city, or the Underdark so he traveled to the Surface World. No one knows Ja’qui’s family name, and as of yet, no one has had the nerve to ask him.
